Friday, August 5 ~ Schedule of Events

8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Wilton Blueberry Farm (pick your own berries)

8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Book Sale - Wilton Free Public Library held @  Western Maine Expo. Raffle.

9 a.m.- 2 p.m. Blueberry Bazaar First Congregational Church - baked foods, crafts, coffee, blueberry
cake and hot dogs all day long, white elephant table

9 a.m.-3 p.m. Yard Sale Wilton Methodist Church - cold drinks, coffee and blueberry muffins served.
Sassy Scissors Piericing Special’s

9 a.m.-4 p.m.  Healthy Community Coalition Van open for information, Free Blood Pressure, health recipes
located on Franklin Savings Bank lawn.  

9 a.m.-5 p.m. Crafters and Vendors Downtown and schools, Gelato Stand open outside Calzolaio

9 a.m.-8 p.m. Bradley’s Pizza special:Doughboys & fair style sausage

10a.m - Noon Sammie Angel - Academy Hill Cafeteria: supported by Sykes

10a.m.- 3p.m.  Free Horse-wagon drawn rides @ Kineowatha Park by Hutchinson Farm

10 a.m.-4 p.m.  Open Forge Day - Wilton Historical Society by Western  Maine Blacksmith Association.

10 a.m.-4 p.m.  Wilton Historical Society open for tours.

10 a.m -5 p.m.  Visit the Wilton Free Public Library.   

11 a.m.-1 p.m.  WKTJ LIVE under Lion’s tent, FREE giveaways!

11 a.m.  Lobster Roll Bag Lunch - St. Luke’s Episcopal  Church until gone. 645-2639 for deliveries.

11 a.m.-4 p.m. Free Children’s Games and Face Painting -  Kineowatha Park: puppet play, snacks and
prizes. by Calvary Hill Baptist Church 645-2343.

12 Noon - 4 p.m. Thomaston Place Auction Galleries  by Key Bank. Appraisals 1 item for $10 or 3 items for $20

12 Noon - 5 p.m.  Rock Wall Franklin Savings Bank lawn
Boy Scout Troop #518 and Wilton Rec Dept. dunk tank by WIlton Hardware

12 Noon - 6 p.m.  Lazer Tag, Kineowatha Park. FMI 645-4825.

12:30 -1:15 p.m  Mitch Thomas, Academy Hill.

1-4 p.m.    Boat Tours - courtesy of Friends of Wilson Lake ( FOWL) - held by the boat launch. Donations
accepted. Canal Street Entrance only. Weather permitting.

1:30 - 2:15 p.m. Sandy Waite ( Arizona Rose )

2-4 p.m. FREE Firetruck Rides! courtesy of the Wilton Fire Dept. Children 10 and under accompanied by an
adult only. By Key Bank

2:45- 3:30 p.m. Donna & Jeff Wells (Seminole Wind), Academy Hill.

4- 5:30 p.m.  Barry Wood, Academy Hill.

4:30 p.m.   Registration for races at Kineowatha Park.

5 -6:30 p.m.   Chicken BBQ - First Cong. Church. Eat in or take-out. Call  645-2535 for orders

6 p.m. Kids One Miler starts at Kineowatha Park. 10K / Walk, races start at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church
(see application for more info).

7 p.m. Flag Folding by Farmington Emblem Club #460 @ Academy Hill Cafeteria

7:15 p.m. Birdie Googins - AKA  The Mardens Lady to follow Debbie Myers & Tommy Thompson

7 p.m.-9 p.m  Bingo at the American Legion Post #117 $$$$$    CASH PRISES $$$$$
